Paula Patton has a distinguished career as an actor as well as a producer and director. Her most prominent work is for her role as a lead actress on Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. Born into a middle-class family located in Los Angeles, she harboured big dreams as a child. Her mom was obsessed with films and was able to instill an interest in films in her daughter. Paula was a fan of school co-curricular activities and drama was her favorite. She was a great actress, and she enjoyed performing alongside her peers. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School gave her many chances to perform in high school and she picked acting to pursue a career. She was in The University of Southern Cal's Summer program and enjoyed tremendously. She won an assignment for PBS to make documentaries for the course of three months. After she had completed her three-month task successfully the first task was in the field of production for television documentaries. In the following years, she transitioned to producing documentaries. She still had a dream to be an actor, although she was content at her position. She began her journey into acting by playing Will Smith's co-star in romance comedy Hitch. Since then she has appeared in numerous film and television series.
