In the end she won it by kissing and defeating every competitor. In the wake of her win, Miss Georgia 1985 was eligible to compete for the pageant. She also won the tournament on the 22nd of June 1985. Mohr continued to compete for Georgia at Miss America 1986. Miss America 1986 pageant in Atlantic City, New Jersey during September of 1985 in the wake of her win. Mohr did not make it to the Top 10 Finalist for the title of Miss National.
