Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. Her birth name is Patsy McClenny on February 3, 1950. Her fame grew during the final decade of 1970 and in the in the early 1980s, playing roles in several television series, in which she usually presented a glamourous image. Fairchild launched her acting career in 1973-77 in CBS' Search for Tomorrow the daytime soap, playing Jennifer Pace. Fairchild started her career as Jennifer Pace in CBS's daytime soap show Search for Tomorrow. She portrayed Jenna Wade for the first time in 1978. In the following year she was cast in the lead role in the NBC soap opera Flamingo Road. (For this season, she won an Golden Globe Award nominated Best Actress - Television Series - Drama. She co-starred on ABC's shortlived primetime drama Paper Dolls. Then between 1985 and 1986 she portrayed the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also an actor in theatre and has played in TV comedies such as Murphy Brown, for which she received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Guest Star in Comedy Series.
