Sara Lynn Evans, born on February 5 1971 on the 5th of February in New Franklin Missouri was raised as the oldest from seven brothers. Her love for music has always been there and started singing with her parents at the age of five. In the age of 16, she was hired to sing in the Columbia Missouri nightclub for a two-year stint. She moved into Nashville Tennessee in 1991 with the goal of becoming a singer-songwriter. Sara performed in County Q Studios a version of Tiger By the Tail that was composed by Harlan Howard.
